Elite Pool Service Plans & Service Policies

This page is provided as a reference for Elite Pool Service customers and outlines the services included in each service plan, customer responsibilities, billing policies, and general service terms. This page summarizes the information contained in the service agreements.


Service Plans

Chemical Only Plan

Weekly service includes:

  • Testing and balancing water chemistry

This plan does not include:

  • Pool cleaning

  • Brushing

  • Vacuuming

  • Skimming

  • Basket cleaning

  • Equipment inspections


Standard Plan

Weekly service includes:

  • Testing and balancing water chemistry

  • Brushing pool walls, steps, and tile line

  • Emptying skimmer baskets and pump basket

  • Cartridge filter cleaning every 4 weeks

  • Salt cell cleaning every 12 weeks for salt pools

This plan does not include:

  • Routine vacuuming

  • Surface skimming

  • Equipment inspections


Elite Weekly Plan

Weekly service includes:

  • Testing and balancing water chemistry

  • Brushing pool walls, steps, and tile line

  • Surface skimming

  • Vacuuming

  • Emptying skimmer baskets and pump basket

  • Inspecting pool equipment operation

  • Cartridge filter cleaning every 4 weeks

  • Salt cell cleaning every 12 weeks for salt pools


Billing & Payment Terms

  • Service is billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month.

  • Service pricing is based on the pool being blue, clear, and in normal maintenance condition at the time service begins.

  • Additional charges may apply if extra chemicals, labor, or cleanup are required to bring the pool to maintenance condition.

  • Payments not received by the 10th of the month are subject to a 15% late fee.

  • Services may be suspended if payment is not resolved by the 15th of the month.

  • Payment methods may include credit card or ACH information securely kept on file for automatic billing.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining proper water level (recommended: mid-tile)

  • Ensuring access to the pool area during scheduled service visits

  • Securing pets prior to technician arrival

  • Removing toys, floats, or large debris before service

  • Ensuring the pool pump runs on a consistent schedule

  • Running the pool pump for at least 8 hours per day during the summer months

Customers will receive a text notification when the technician is on the way.

If technicians are unable to safely access the pool area due to unsecured pets or blocked access, service may be skipped, and no refund will be issued for that visit.

Service days are assigned based on route scheduling and may occasionally change. Customers will be notified in advance when adjustments are necessary.


Excluded Services

The following services are not included in standard weekly service plans:

  • Repairs

  • Algae treatments

  • Storm cleanup

  • Excessive debris removal

  • Nonroutine cleanup services

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Excessive chemical usage

  • Pools requiring restoration to maintenance condition

  • Specialty cleanups or treatments

For Chemical Only Plan customers, all physical pool cleaning is excluded from service.


Weather & Holiday Policy

In the event of inclement weather, services will be completed to the extent possible. If we are unable to service your pool due to weather conditions, no refund will be issued, as several months throughout the year include a fifth service week at no additional charge.

Pool service is not provided during Christmas week. No refund will be issued for this missed week of service, as several months throughout the year include a fifth service week at no additional charge. Emergency calls during this period will be handled as available.


Disclaimer

Elite Pool Service Jax is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by acts of nature

  • Vandalism or misuse

  • Equipment wear and tear

  • Vinyl liner damage during debris removal

  • Damage caused by improper water level or insufficient pump runtime

  • Damage caused by failure to follow recommended maintenance practices between visits

Service for Elite Weekly Plan customers will be suspended in the event of an active leak and will resume once repairs are finalized.


Cancellation Policy

All service plans are month-to-month agreements.

Either party may terminate service with a 30-day written notice delivered in person or by email.
